Training:
Marseilles conducts high energy, physically and mentally demanding workouts where he is able to demonstrate EVERYTHING that he teaches. He often competes with the clients as well. We cover everything from footwork, shooting off the catch, shooting off the dribble, passing, ball handling, cutting, ball screens, back to basket and face up posting, defense, as well as strength and conditioning. You are sure to become a more confident, motivated, efficient ball player, and will receive valuable life coaching as well.
Individual Training:
These sessions include only Marseilles and one client where all of his attention is devoted to them. This allows him to correct every single mistake that they make throughout the session and is considered the premium workout package. As in all of his sessions, there is a tremendous amount of physical and mental testing that takes place, along with encouragement and confidence building in a game-like drill format.

Small Group:
These sessions consist of 2-8 players and Marseilles has an array of drills that allow him to maintain the same level of intensity and game-like situations as in the individual workout. There is also a significant amount of correction that takes place in these workouts, but his attention is divided equally to each player. In addition to the drillwork, these groups are sometimes broken down into teams, where they are allowed to compete against one another, not only to teach them how to make "basketball plays", but to teach them how to compete every second of every game.

Large Group: (Clinics/Camps/Teams)These sessions consist of 20-100 players where Marseilles' attention is spread throughout the entire group. The biggest benefit of these sessions comes in the price. As the attention Marseilles gives to the individual player decreases, so does the price of the workout. However, the intensity, repetitions, and skillwork teachings remain the same. These workouts are just as grueling as an individual or small group session and is probably the most popular. Players are sure to improve their skill set, and expand their basketball i.q., while simultaneously improving their endurance and mental toughness. Just like in the small groups, they are sometimes divided and allowed to compete against one-another, and Marseilles frequently joins in.
